Sorry we're a bit late on this one but looks like they're initally making progress. And looks like Random Object Man is the required sacrifice.

Well, is a really known fact that the ETMBO (Evil Tentacle Monster Behind the Oven) demands a sacrifice every now and then to allow a safe cooking.

So Mama is such a great cook that she can do strawberry flavored E Tanks? Sure, wht the heck not.

Mama knows best!

I am sure there is some kind of adult tentacle joke that can be made, but since Wilco is handling it, I'll keep it clean.

Wait why is roll baking the cake herself then

And Even when roll gets the lucky egg she still needs to actually get kirlia to level up

Why is Random Object Collector Man doing Wilco's job?

Nice callback to 173 when everyone fought off hordes of zombies. Continuity is good.

...WAIT A SECOND IF GARDEVOIR HAS NO BATTLING STATS WHY DID SHE CLAIM TO HAVE NO PROBLEM FIGHTING HUNDREDS ZOMBIES?

Probably because the undead are kinda dumb but still...

Gardevoir has no problem battling. Kirlia on the other hand...

Kirlia's has the worst stats for an evolved Pokemon outside of Metapod and it's imitators.

You mean yellow metapod? My favorite

True dat. It was slightly a sarcastic joke, but I didn’t consider stat changing between evolution.

continuity is sound again... now I can rest in peace...

I wonder how many lives it would take Wilco to win the fight against the kitchen monster?

So I started reading End Boss World (it's great!) and noticed all the pages are colored, while Lv29 hasn't been colored for a long time.

Is this some decision to promote the other comic since you don't have people to do both at the same time?

And most important, is this going to be permanent? Because I miss when Lv29 had colors, it looked cool.

Don't worry, it's temporary.

There seems to be a curse that afflicts Level 30 where each and every time we try to do an arc, no matter how long it is. We start an arc, life then happens all over the place. Also End Boss's World is drawn and colored by the same person so it has no effect on Level 29's coloring process. (Definitely affecting the canon tho...)

So expect color to come back to Level 29 soon, and don't worry for a single second that we've sequestered color into loot boxes that you need to open for $2.49 or 20 Garde-Bucks each. That would be silly.

That's cool. Thanks for the heads up. I was just worried about it being some permanent change.

But take as long as you need, and thanks for the good work!
